1. Eyeban application
The Eyeban desktop application and related proprietary components are licensed, not sold. Your use is subject to these Terms of Service and any plan-specific license presented at download or purchase. You may not redistribute the application binaries except as expressly allowed.
2. Website content
Original text, design, and branding on eyeban.ir are owned by Eyeban unless a page states otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for commentary or documentation links. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own product.
3. Open-source components
The Service may include open-source libraries under their own licenses. Those licenses remain in force for the corresponding components. Notices will be provided with the application where required.
