Privacy Policy

Data you provide: name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile details you choose to add, contact-form messages, and payment-related records needed for billing (payment processors handle card or gateway details).

Content for AI features: prompts, selected code or files, and related context required to generate Suggestions. Treat repositories as sensitive; do not submit secrets you do not intend to transmit.

Data collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, log data, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the Service.

Cookies: language and theme preferences on the website, and session cookies required for authenticated areas. See the Cookie Policy.

We use personal data to provide and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; process payments and credits; respond to support and security reports; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and send transactional or (where allowed) product communications.

We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not identify you, and use those to understand product usage.

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, email delivery, model providers that process Inputs to return Suggestions, and payment providers (for example Zarinpal). They may process data only to perform services for us.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

We do not use your prompts or code context to train Eyeban or third-party foundation models unless you explicitly opt in through a product control that says so. Processing Inputs to generate Suggestions for you is not the same as training. Details are in the AI and data use policy.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond and improve support. Logs are kept for a limited operational period unless needed longer for security investigations. You may request deletion of your account; some records may remain where law requires.

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Service, including TLS on eyeban.ir, hashed passwords, CSRF protection on forms, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@eyeban.ir.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@eyeban.ir. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can change language and theme cookies from the site controls, and close your account by contacting us.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
